One Wish by Robyn Carr is book 7 in the Thunder Point series, it was a quick read. Troy Headly is a high school teacher with a passion for adventure; he believed that he and Iris had a future but Iris had always loved Seth. Now Troy decides to drown his sorrow by hanging out with Grace Dillion. Grace is friends with both Iris and Troy but secretly she wanted Troy to notice her. Grace Dillion owns the flower shop in town, she bought it from Iris after Iris's Mom passed away. Grace had secrets, she's not everything she seems. This was a cute book, but the ending annoyed me to no end; I am tired of the 'dumb guy' f's up and the girl forces him to figure out he's wrong. Grace keeps secrets through the whole book and when Troy has some honest concerns the writer makes him out to be a complete dolt. I don't know if she didn't know how to end the story but I wasn't impressedI give this barely 3.5 stars ... all because to my annoyance with the ending.
