Penelope's Therapy

Penelope had a problem. Every time she was with a man and things began to get hot and heavy, her craven desires rose to the surface and frightened her panties back on. She needed help to get over her fear of her own lusty desire, which is where the mysterious Dr Sadie stepped in. At her unique clinic, the good doctor and her assistant Carlos show Penelope a few coping strategies to help her get over her aversions. They were so good, in fact, that Penelope was keen to try them out as soon as possible - one at a time and then all at once!
