These "sketches of Parisians" by Fran Johnston, TEAM missionary, graphically illustrate the plight of "the millions of Paris who are without hope and without God in a crumbling world." Twenty different encounters the author has with hungry Parisian souls reveal what life means to them, what religion has offered them, and what they think of Jesus. Nicole, a beautiful, young, blue-eyed Parisienne, allows Christ to enter her seemingly impenetrable heart, but an ex-boxer and his wife refuse. Insight into the religious and social life of spiritually bankrupt Paris.
