THE COMMITTEE is the story of people about to lose the only thing they have left, their home, and that is before anyone has been killed. A body is found after the tenants of a New York apartment building band together to keep their homes. Rumors circulate as suspicion quietly shifts from one neighbor to another. But as they attempt to work together, self-interest, desire, and guilt eat away at the committee whose only hope is to trust each other.
