Denna gång kastas vi tillbaka i tiden när Jack Reacher fortfarande är MP, och nyligen placerad i USA. Som vanligt är boken trovärdig i all sin fakta kring vad som sker, men som vanligt har jag också en invändning; De genant uselt skrivna sexscenerna i varje bok.Jag undrar vad som gör att Lee Child i varje bok måste ha med ett par sidor där Reacher har sex med den kvinna som han för närvarande har ett samarbete med. Det är ju inte så att boken är ett filmmanus där en producent mer eller mindre tvingar honom att slänga in en scen där ett bart bröst sett från sidan (ingen bröstvårta) och en guppande rumpa från en body-double slängs in för den manliga publiken. Särskilt inte som sagt när sexscenerna beskrivs som om Lee Child aldrig själv kommit närmare sex än från Vi fem-böckerna.Hur som helst så skummar man snabbt förbi de sidorna, och då är boken väl värd att läsa.
