Picked this book up on a whim and because I was missing my historical romances. I absolutely love that the writing has appropriate accents. It was a cozy, funny, highlander romance with a bit of whodunnit mystery. Annella is a firey FMC but also so kind and caring. I enjoyed her character throughout!
