The Tenant

Scene: Described well, I enjoyed the setting and it was well worded but not too over complicated. A handful of places put simply, so we can concentrate on the story and characters. Standard Freida. ****
Characters: Never trust the narrator in Freida's books, twisty, turny, narcissistic and unreliable. *****
Story: Bit of a head f*ck, had to stop reading half way thru, reread and then carry on, but I like a twist, so i'm a sucker for a Freida McFadden. ****
Recommend?: Yes, but only if you are prepare for a very "what just happened" after taste!

ENDING WAS WILD . finished in two days , couldn’t put down .

This was another deliciously classic Freida McFadden read! I hadn’t picked up one of her books in over a year, and the moment I started this one, I was hooked again. The short chapters are everything — I absolutely love them — and from the very first page, I just had to keep going. I finished it in a single day.This time, I did predict both plot twists pretty early on, but that didn’t take away from the fun at all. Still such an addictive, entertaining ride
