As sparks fly between them, Chelsea grapples with the remnants of Blake's history and her own fears of vulnerability. The chemistry that once drew them together has not faded, yet the challenge of rebuilding trust looms ahead. They must both confront their demons and the unsaid emotions that linger just beneath the surface.
With each encounter, Chelsea discovers layers of Blake’s personality that she never had the chance to explore before. Their relationship blossoms amidst laughter, shared dreams, and moments of raw honesty, pushing them both toward deeper understanding not only of each other but of themselves.
Navigating life's uncertainties, Chelsea realizes that sometimes the most difficult conversations are the ones that lead to the most profound connections. As they embark on a journey filled with passion and healing, the two must decide whether to embrace the possibility of love again or let the shadows of their past dictate their future.

Unsaid explores men’s grooming fetishes as well as other unexpected domestic duties including cooking, dog walking and true love."This is my first book in "The Manhattanites" series, but I have read all the "Undergrad Years" Series so the characters are familiar, and I read [b:XO, Blake|20567999|XO, Blake (The Undergrad Years, #3)|Avery Aster|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1426164815s/20567999.jpg|39834534]when it released, I do think you need to have read either of the series to fully connect with the characters. Now As I said I read XO, Blake when it released and I had read the others in that series before this, so these characters are familiar to me, Avery has a great writing style, and that is why I have continued to read and enjoy these characters. The books are humourous, and her characters are flawed, selfish at times, but above all, they will do anything for their friends...If you like Gossip Girl, Sex in the City etc then you will enjoy this series and the Under Grad Years also. Now I do not read M/M books as a rule, but having read XO, Blake, I knew that I wanted to know how Blake was doing now he was out of college and grown up so to speak (I must find time to read the other 2 books!)I do not think I will have a problem reading them out of order, but I do think it would be best to read them in order to enjoy and understand them.I didn't have a problem with the sex scenes, some of them were pretty hot, so I can now see why MM books are popular amongst the general public, and not strictly for the gay community. I have liked Blakes character since he was first introduced, He is a gentleman, who loves unconditionally, and unfortunately his happy ever after was not with Diego which is where I left him in XO, Blake. In Unsaid, we are at the point where Blakes divorce is final and he is trying to piece his life back together. There are also the subplots of Lex's Wedding and Vive's Alcohol issues, to give a really great mix of storylines that tie up nicely together. So in finishing, I would say if you are broadminded - and want to give the MM genre a try, then try Avery's Books, I did and I am happy to have read this book about 2 guys who finally get their HEA.
