Yellow Diamond Hunter

Sol Ruby is an agitating, short treasure hunter with one functioning arm. In search of an opportunity, he explores the darkest shadows to gain the attention of a popular salvaging corporation. Only months after he discovers the first diamond that anyone has found in centuries, Sol is recruited by Godwin Asante to join an expedition in an unknown land. This adventure not only pays well, but comes with glory. If Sol discovers the Yellow Diamond, he can potentially unveil the sun, which has remained hidden behind the clouds for nearly eight centuries.

To enable his work, Sol is paired with a familiar young agent. She has knowledge of a dangerous province filled with ramanga—creatures of the shadows that evolve from zombie-like monsters to humans with magical abilities. The young agent uses her fire magic to protect Sol and teaches him to survive in the land that she knows best.

In this new world, Sol must use anyone that he can to reach his goal. Though his mission is to discover the Yellow Diamond, the hunter has an objective of his own. He intends to seek vengeance against Godwin, who kidnapped his sister and assassinated his family.
