“Bailey, eres, sin lugar a dudas, la persona más cautivadora que he conocido en mi vida.”Me gustó mucho la verdad. La relación de ellos, como van avanzando su amistad. Todo. Si es cierto que no me gustó el conflicto del casi final, porque me dio muchas vibes de after, y es cierto que Charlie apostó para conquistarla, pero cada párrafo que leía decía: after, after, after. Pero quitando eso, me gustó la historia. Me gustó el ver que Charlie se tragaba todas sus palabras, desde la apuesta que hizo con Bailey sobre Nekesa y Aaron, hasta que se estaba enamorando de Bailey. Yo entiendo que el cambio de vida suele golpearnos muy duro, pero lo que me molestó fue el hecho de que ella no aceptaba que su mamá rehiciera su vida con otra persona. Dice que habían pasado años del divorcio y no lo asimilaba, me costó mucho empatizar con ella en esa parte. Era súper inmadura y aunque lo reconoce, le costó mucho aceptarlo hasta casi terminándose el libro. Que le costaba a ella hablar con su mamá sobre que sentía, como se sentía al tener a Scott en su casa. Por eso le he dado 3.75 estrellas.

The chemistry between Charlie and Bailey was amazing!!!!!! I loved their fake dating but maybe real dating. Also, I just love Lynn Painter's writing and character development!It did get a bit boring and repetitive in the middle.

3.75 starsUhh def 3/3 on the rankings of my Lynn Painter books. It might just be me didn't really like some parts of it. Pretty surprising actually, considering I read 90% of it in a day (a day before 2 tests), so it must mean it was really good right? Well it was.. until the weekend trip. Idk I just didn't understand Charlie. I mean I get why he did whatever he did but he could have handled that better and I felt sooo bad for Bailey. Also I would have preferred wayyy more groveling. Otherwise it was a pretty good book
