Chasing After the Wind

Chasing After the Wind explores the psychological, philosophical, and cultural propensities of an American of African descent who possesses a veridical appreciation of his African and American histories. Presented with poems as essays is a cultural method derived from dignified African and American ancestries. From his fundamental thoughts, with which he interprets his American environment, to his functional thoughts, with which he behaves in his American environment, we tour the mind of a New Age Niggah. And inside his mind, we find a spiritually conscious American of African descent, a Niggah, with past and present loyalties.
