Consumed

After the release date kept getting pushed back, Emily Snow was finally able to release Consumed on January 1, 2014 as a self published book. I read it, in two days, and I'm not extremely impressed. I was beyond excited to read this book and, while it did keep me entertained and enticed, it didn't live up to my worked up expectations. The climax wasn't anything stellar and I'd already guessed how it would end before I got halfway through the 176 page book. I guess what I'm saying is it was good, but it left me wanting more. And by wanting more I don't mean I'm dying for another book, I mean that I wish there was more excitement in the story. Overall, this book was good, just not as good as I'd expected it to be.
