*** Gifted in exchange for an honest review***Can this be read as a standalone - YES.Characters:Arizona Creed - 18 and grieving for her dead father, and at the same time running for her life, when she thinks its all over, she suddenly finds a key to a door and then... her whole world changed. - as the Blurb said:Literally. With one magical skeleton key, Arizona lands in another realm. On Terlant ( the other realm)Arizona meets Lucifer but she is not in any fit state for romance, and Lucifer is not a devil, no hes more her angel and he looks after her they become the best of friends, even tho he wants more.I loved how Ms Dawn has incorporated that they had their adopted daughters to think about in this story. - the story jumps forward to 3 years later when the pair are requested to enter THE GAME - Will they win?Well read on and see.The writing flows well, I was lost in the story, the action and the humour too, but you could also feel the loss Arizona felt when she allowed herself to think of her slain father... That's all I will say, its a quick read, but an enjoyable one.Favourite character - Kingsley! the bath scene!!!! PMSL
