Holy Dog

Hello, I am Dickey the Divine, a Shih Tzu Mix. I am the dog of God. God chose me to go to Earth to save mankind. Unlike Jesus who had Matt, Mark, Luke and Johnny to tell His gospel, I decided to write my own account.God was hesitant to let Jesus return for the Second Coming after what humans did to His Son the first time. Pressed by His angels to eliminate Earth, God, a dog lover, blessed yours truly, a Shih Tzu Mix, with the touch of His finger, giving me divinity and sending me to Earth in lieu of Jesus to try to save mankind. With my God given healing powers I run afoul of the humans who think they are gods, the physicians of the National Medical Association. I also run afoul of the U.S. Government, President Urmama, Big Pharma and televangelists. I am charged with practicing medicine without a license and many Americans, fed up with the Hardly Affordable Care Act, stop their insurance in hopes of being licked by me, Dickey the Divine; I am named Dickey by my Earthly master, a teenage boy, Leonard Woglemuth, who is fan of science fiction author Philip K. Dick. Working with Sandy Jones, Leonard's next-door neighbor, the teens join me on a healing crusade hoping to not only save lives but souls as well while being chased by the N.S.A. and sued by the National Medical Association. The fate of the Earth depends upon the success of my mission.
