Major Changes

Terry doesn't look like a girl with problems. She has three fantastic roommates, a great job at the college theater, and a budding relationship with a handsome, sensitive guy called Rob. The trouble is, none of it really fits in with her dream to become a doctor. Terry works hard, but she's no brain and if she wants to make it, she's got to live up to her reputation as suite 2C's resident grind.

At first, Terry's able to shut out her friends, her fantasies of acting, even Rob. Then a tragedy involving one of her best friends in the premed program forces her to take a hard look at her life. Is becoming a doctor really what she wants, or is she living someone else's dream? If Terry decided to drop out of premed, will it mean dropping out of Hawthorne College and saying goodbye to her roommates—and to Rob?
