Making Bridey

Bridey Barnes is a 26 year old architect who is desperate for love, but is also desperately afraid of it. Every time a man gets too serious, she ends the relationship, fearing that getting married will prevent her from experiencing more of what life has to offer. That is until she meets Simon, an artist whose career is in decline. He is twenty years older than her and is looking for inspiration; while she is looking to experience something new and deliciously exciting. Bridey's work takes her on a business trip to Berlin where she explores the BDSM scene and discovers her dominant side. After returning to London, she shows Simon how to paint her... in more ways than one.

Bridey gradually changes from a slightly geeky and awkward girl into a confident and elegant woman, but everything is not what it seems as events take an unexpected turn in this romantic adventure, leaving both Simon and Bridey re-evaluating their relationship.
