Maybe it was only because I read it on vacation, but I enjoyed the book. I expected more fluff, and found instead a heartwarming book with emotional depth to the characters. I cheered them on, teared a bit when they did, and found myself smiling at the twists & turns in the book. It certainly wasn't your typical blah chick-lit romance, I recommend it.
