Omens is book one in Kelley Armstrong's new series Cainsville, and I was delighted. This is the story of Olivia Taylor-Jones a wealthy socialite about to marry a man with dreams of running for office. That is until she finds out that she is adopted and that her birth parents are convicted serial killers. Kelley Armstrong does a wonderful job of weaving Welsh folklore throughout the novel, it done brilliantly and keeps the readers on their toes. 5 stars.
