I do not know how I ended up in a world of broken continents and broken souls.
What I do know is how to survive.
How to fight.
How to kill monsters with a precision that borders on magic.
My memories are gone, stripped down to ash, but my body remembers things my mind cannot. Training. Instinct. Violence refined into something lethal and elegant. And beneath it all, a relentless drive to uncover the truth of who I was.
One man stands in my way.
Veyyr.
His magic is unlike anything I’ve ever encountered, and the pull between us is undeniable. He knows me. Knows my past. Knows the name I no longer remember.
And he refuses to tell me.
Bound to his world and his secrets, I follow him into the wilds of a fractured land. A journey I have no reason to take. No stakes in.
Except this.
The deeper we go, the clearer it becomes that survival is no longer enough. The path forward runs through me. Through what I’ve forgotten and must remember.
And if I don’t reclaim the truth of who I am…
This broken world may claim us both.

Ver Todos🧙♀️ ARC Review 🦄In this post-apocalyptic urban fantasy romance, our FMC wakes up with no memory of who she is. She isn't without any memory - her muscle memory is well intact and she can remember her training - which is really good, because she'll need it.She meets a band of magical folk and they journey through the world on a quest to find the ingredients for a spell they desperately want to cast, encountering and battling a huge cast of magical beings. The world still felt very realistic to me as a post-apocalyptic world that just had an invasion of fantastical creatures rather than a far-fetched fantasy that could never happen IRL.With found family, a redemption arc, and quest that's dangerous and filled with sexual tension, I whizzed through this book in 3 days!! It was really hard to put it down. I loved our main character and was rooting for her well within the first 100 pages.Plus - I do love honestly funny magical character interactions. 😍It is a bit spicy, but there's not a massive amount throughout the book and it could be glossed over if you want. It wouldn't mean skipping massive chunks of the book - maybe a couple of pages here or there.I loved this book!If you like The Bourne Identity, Katniss Everdeen, or The Prison Healer, you may like this book.
