Science 5-14

This is the final book in a series written to match the science component of the Scottish 5-14 Guidelines in Environmental Studies. The course offers pupil's books and matching teacher's books for P7, S1 and S2, providing progression and continuity. The texts are highly illustrated and accessible and make use of Scottish contexts to make the delivery of science interesting and fun. Each book is divided into colourful, double-page spreads which cover the content of Earth in Space, Living Things and the Processes of Life and Energy and Forces. There are also spreads dedicated to the development of informed atitudes and investigative skills. In addition each double page spread contains the following key ideas, wordbank and questions to test knowledge and understanding.
