Blast Force - Genesis

When an explosion at Dr. West’s lab covered a busload of students with a mysterious formula, those covered with the slimy goo emerged not with injuries but superpowers. As the students realized their new powers, they also came up with names to reflect their unique identities. When Heater and Ray-zor stopped a bank robbery, the other students realized they could put their powers to good use. Mystic, Pepper, Glance, Blue Flame, Bender, and others combined to create the Blast Force. Finally, the citizens of the city of Clear Rivers and the surrounding area could feel safe from crime. Unfortunately, others were not so ready for the Blast Force to take over. They planned to do whatever they could to cause pain and disrupt the efforts of the Blast Force to become heroes. The battle between good and evil raged on!
