The earth has changed a lot since the fall of the Lazarus station. Now the ice is spreading across the world and only a few places still are safe. Even the once proud United States is crumbling.For a pair of werewolves and their non-shifting children only the idea of a safe refugee has kept them going. The heavily pregnant female Alpha, believes she is leading her pack towards a safe place. She is right, but she must find a place to have her babies first.When her husband finds the farm with its cattle, they decide to take the farm and its occupant by force. They have no reason to believe that this is the changing point for their lives, but yet it is.
