Cosmic Balance

The rebel space fleet drops out of warp one final time, at Galactic Centre.

Beneath them is the metal world of Kosmopolis, planet of the Empress. A message from the Viceroy of the Galaxy bids them to land and discuss peace terms. Whoever rules Kosmopolis rules the galaxy. The Viceroy offers them dominion over the planet for as long as the stars blaze. But that may be a shorter time than the rebels think.

The fate of the cosmos hangs in the balance.
