Crux

Lara’s sure Shane is cheating on her. What else would explain her husband’s overnighters at work, his frosty attitude, and fights over Oliver, their six-year-old son?

When she learns he’s actually been part of first contact, she’s thrilled.

Except when they arrive, something draws her to one of the aliens. Shane won’t answer her questions, her son won’t stop singing and Lara wonders if she’s really gone crazy like her husband claims.
