Dragon Keeper

This was Sierra from Mother Daughter Chapter’s pick for me during our Barnes & Noble Spin the Wheel challenge, and whew…this one was a struggle. 😬

There was a good story in there, but confusing is the best word to describe my reading experience. Sometimes I couldn’t tell whose head we were in—or even what kind of creature they were! Between the dragons, humans, and other creatures, I kept having to stop and figure out whose perspective I was reading.

There were parts I enjoyed, but being that lost made it hard to stay connected to the story. I wanted to like it more than I did, but I won’t be continuing the series. Sorry, Sierra! 🫣😂
