Final Chapter

Either Paul is Time Traveling or he’s developed Alzheimer’s, and he’s not at all sure which one of those theories is the correct one. He’s young again – well, it seems to vary- and he’s been meeting with his long dead sister, along her deceased soul mate, but is it real? If it isn’t a true reality, then why is someone out to kill his sister and her partner? Again. And Kim, his sister, isn’t the Kim he remembers. For one thing, she’s so uptight about sex and that’s definitely out of character. Why is everything exactly the same, apart from her? Well, not exactly the same. There are a few other minor differences, mainly in the people wishing them both bodily harm. The new timeline appears to be unwinding bit by bit. How much interference can Paul insinuate before it unravels completely? Should he try to save Mandy, Kim’s beloved soul mate? What would be the consequences of such an act? Fate won’t be cheated and someone will have to die to take her place. Maybe. To Paul, this whole adventure is like looking for a black cat in a darkened room. But he’s not sure if the cat is even there.
