HIStory's Harmony

Is anything more important than knowing your Creator?  Is it vital that you understand what He has communicated in His revealed Word?  Absolutely!   Consider classical orthodox biblical concepts which have been largely neglected in mainstream contemporary Christianity.  This book includes fresh insights to the ancient critical concepts that underscore that God's King has come for those of every tribe, language, people, and nation.        A musical composer does not - cannot - produce a beautiful symphony by merely employing brass, or percussion, or wind instruments.  Rather, he does so by including a variety of different instruments which will perform together in perfect timing, rhythm, and melody so as to create a harmony through diversity.  The Bible's Composer/Conductor has given us an undeniable literary masterpiece.  Far from being a vaguely related collection of poems, historical narratives, instructions, prophesies, religious experiences, and laws; the body of Scripture is like a beautifully perfectly composed and performed symphony.  The Composer/Conductor has synergistically and harmoniously organized and employed over forty authors living in different cultures throughout two millennia who used multiple means of communication so as to convey the overall message of His Kingdom Come in the person and work of Jesus.   HIStory's Harmony is a plea to consider the validity of Scripture's integrity and meaning.  It presents orthodox principles of interpretation and proceeds to give a logical internal case for the Bible's inspired, consistent, artful, synergistic, and salvific message.  Many passages are considered respectively and collectively to identify Scripture's established patterns, motifs, prophesies, and literary genres which serve to construct an overall message of repentance, reconciliation, resurrection, restoration, renewal, and everlasting relationship with the Creator and lover of our souls.
