👑5 stars🐍I actually refuse to accept that this series is almost coming to an end -- I am so grateful for the Stolen Heir Duology so I can continue living in Elfhame. Anyway, this was an incredible series and will always live in my heart -- all 3 books were 5 stars.🫰The near-end had me sobbing. I was like "yay all is well but why are there 8 more chapters?" So... cleaved my heart in half. I actually can't believe it.👍Still loved their relationship. Reading about their love made me feel like I was in love myself. They are literally perfect.👍Loved Jude and Cardan, obviously! Their banter was so delicious and seeing Cardan grovel was delicious.👍 Loved all the minor characters, like Grima Mog or Fand. And even antagonists were debatable, not clearly good or evil. Their actions were reasonable and justified -- they felt believable instead of forced.👎The ending felt a bit too easy. I was expecting a boss battle, wherein we all made sacrifices and suffered injuries and so on.
This entire series is one i will re read in the future. I should have read this sooner. This book did it for me. I think this entire series is now my new favorite.
