Survival has never been easy, and Katniss faces daunting challenges as she steps into a role that could change the course of the future. With every alliance made, and betrayals faced, she fights to hold onto her humanity amidst the chaos. The battle she's part of is not just for her own life, but for the freedom of those she holds dear.
Amidst the bleakness of war, themes of loyalty, sacrifice, and the struggle for identity rise to the forefront. Katniss must confront who she is and the implications of the choices she makes for herself and others. Her journey is imbued with moments of tenderness and heartache, as she learns to wield her influence in a world where trust is scarce.
As the stakes escalate, Katniss must reconcile her inner conflicts while inspiring those around her to rise against oppression. The fiery spark within her is both her greatest strength and a source of deep turmoil. In facing her fears and embracing her destiny, she becomes a symbol of hope—even when the shadows of despair loom large.

Посмотреть всеpeople who don't like this book because they find it boring!!!!! they exist... and they are the capitol in real life. they are reading this merely for the romance subplot and the suspense of child murder of course they are going to be disappointed. this was a perfect ending to he trilogy. thank you Suzanne ... can I call you Suzanne... I'm just gonna... thank you for all you do!!!
Mockingjay, the concluding chapter of an excellent trilogy, brings the final curtain call to Katniss's and Peeta's story. Emotionally charged, darker and far more morally tangled than Catching Fire or The Hunger Games; we get to see the true cost of rebellion in an authoritative world.
The End
So depressing and dark, but realistic.Real or not real?REAL!I’m a bit depressed by the ending and even the whole book.Anyway, despite every thing ,this book exceeded all my expectations ,maybe because I had set them so low!!And I enjoy reading it.It wasn't quite as good as "The Hunger Games," but better than "Catching Fire."A lot of characters died in this installment. However, the character's death which bugged me the most is definitely Prim's. I was on verge of tears.Poor her! I wanted her alive and also I wanted her to be a doctor. And also Finnick' death.Finnick and Annie reminds me of Lupin and Tonks in some ways. And I'm a bit depressed that Katniss ended up with Peeta.I feel,Gale was only a tool to make the story more engaging to follow. He didn't try much to win Katniss's heart. Maybe, that's for the better and he'll find a better person, who knows?!
