Описание
They said his uncle Ian died in a car accident. Alex Rider knows that’s a lie, and the bullet holes in his uncle’s car confirm the truth. But nothing can prepare him for the news that the uncle he always thought he knew was really a spy for Britain’s top-secret intelligence agency. Enlisted to find his uncle’s killers and complete Ian’s final mission, Alex suddenly finds himself caught in a deadly game of cat and mouse, with no way out. The original novel that started the worldwide phenomenon is now a major motion picture!

"Stormbreaker" is a great book for young adults. It is pretty much James Bond for a younger generation. It is exciting, action-packed, and full of danger. There are also a lot of fun gadgets, but they are kind of out-of-date items such as "Walkmans" and "Game Boy Colors". There is also a lot of technical information about cars, four-wheelers, computers, and guns that is interesting for those who like that kind of stuff. The best thing about this book is Anthony Horwitz's writing. It is descriptive and engaging, it keeps you involved, and even makes you feel like you are experiencing what is happening. Alex is also well written, most of the store comes from what he sees and what he is thinking.
