Beautiful Forbidden & Age Gap Story!Ugh. What a beautiful intro to Reese and Fisher. I absolutely love this story and it is bringing me all the feels. I was a little weary, but all those worries disappeared very quickly. Reese is a good Christan girl, and Fisher is her moms landlord and, now, Reese's boss. Their relationship is built on banter and teasing, and it felt so real and natural. 4.5⭐⭐⭐⭐

I laid down to go to bed and “read a couple chapters” and ended up awake until 3 am finishing this… I had such a good time. That ending was absolutely crazy. I kind of called what was going on with her mom and Rose. I really hope that she can move past that and be okay with it. I really did love Reese but sometimes she was a bit much. I’m hoping she can have more… I don’t know.. character development? I know she’s very religious but I hope she can forgive herself for wanting to do the things she wants to do and slowly love herself no matter what. I’m also nervous for what’s going to happen between Reese and Brenden because Brenden seems like such a sweet guy and I hope he doesn’t get hurt from this weird I guess love triangle? I don’t know if I would call it love triangle but you know. I just really hope he doesn’t get his heartbroken. I truly did love Rory, she sounds like she genuinely loves her daughter. Hearing the backstory of Rory and Rose made my heart hurt. I love them so so much and I hope to see more of them in book 2. I’m so excited to read the second book in the duet, I’m hoping to start it today.
