Beskrivning
“Kyle, it’s not your job to fix everything.”
“I know.”
Connor leans back to look at me. “Do you though?”
When a cursed pair of costume glasses finds their way onto the props table at The Axe Cheek's New Year's Eve party, Kyle takes it upon himself to discover how to break the hex. Only this time, his usual problem-solving method may not work. What will Kyle be willing to give up in order to save someone he doesn't know?
Countdown is a New Year’s Eve special in the Kyleverse, a series of sentient object romance short stories. Kyle isn’t the main character, but he shows up to help the plot in one way or another. This story contains characters from the main series. For the best experience, it is recommended to read Rake, Faulty, Nimbus, Wacky, and Hosed prior to reading Countdown, as the main characters are the same. There are mentions of characters from Wrapped, Spread, Licked, Agitated, Smashed, and Slay as well.
Countdown is a sentient object romance with explicit material. It is intended for 18+ readers.
