Kendra had no idea why they’d picked her of all people to fight evil and dispose of Vampires, Werewolves, and Demons, but she didn’t much care for her partner’s attitude. Mr. Tall, Dark, and Scary seemed to be laboring under the illusion that she was useless, which only set up her back and made her determined to prove she could learn to kick butt and take names—except for the werewolves. She was allergic to dogs.
