2nd book is a lot better in my opinion. But the first is needed

Wow, what a thrill!I've read Mistborn and Warbreaker so I'm pretty comfortable with Sandersons writing style but this one leveled up in so many ways.This was basically the low and slow of world building but in a really good way. But as much as I loved every characters journey, I have to say that Bridge Crew was one of my absolute favourite story arcs ever.The book really moved me to tears a couple times and that in itself is amazing! Absolutely masterclass in fantasy writing.

 No spoilers ahead.What a great book! There is so much things that I do not know what to write first. So I loved the writting style. I didn't mind I was a little lost or confused in the beggining since it was really nice to discover and understand this new world step by step while reading. I must say I didn't read much of reviews or search for explaining the world so I got absolutely no spoilers before reading.I loved most of the characters. First I was interested mostly in Kaladin's line, but then somewhere in the middle also Dalinar's line catched me and in the end I like also Shallan. But still Kaladin and Dalinar with his son Adolin were my most favourite. And also Syl.It is hard to tell what I loved most. The writing style, the characters, the worldbuilding...I loved it all. There were several plot twists I absolutely didn't expect. And everything is put together so well. I loved the story and it is still a beginning! I can't wait to read book 2.
