Eve Missing

Gritty detective mystery, set in NYC. Tony Annicelli (aka Smokey) -- retired from the NYPD after he took four bullets in his side -- is hired to look for a young model Angela Bowman (Eve) who has suddenly disappeared. A year earlier Eve was working as a teenage prostitute when she was taken in and cleaned up by a sophisticated designer named Danielle Gioux. Smokey falls hard for Danielle the first time he meets her. He finds out Danielle attacked Eve the night before Eve disappeared. Then Danielle goes missing, too.
