Beskrivning
Music, like language, has a language which we can explore. In language literature we have poetry, drama, and novels. In music literature we have an unending number of compositions. Rather than the "poetry" and "drama" musical forms have names such as "symphony", "tone poem", "concerto", "cantata" and "madrigal". What a great number of roads we can follow as we explore the literature of music! The exploration of music will help you understand the peoples of the world because their interest, longings and hopes are found in their music. Even the geography and history of nations can sometimes be discovered in music.
