3.5⭐Reading this after I've already seen the series might be a bit redundant, but it was a nice experience. I don't have much to say about it. It didn't read too young, the characters didn't annoy me, it was a fun read.*I must say, just because I am a bit nitpicky, that the whole idea of Ruby being made responsible for James' behavior after the party incident is a trope that keeps showing up and that bothers me because what do you mean I'm suppose to take care of a man my age not to act like a spoiled child? Isn't that the job of the teachers/educators/parents?
Mein erstes Hörbuch seit langem. Liegt es daran, dass ich nicht selbst lese? Aber die vielen Wiederholungen von bestimmten Phrasen nerven mich. Die Lovestory steht zusehr im Fokus. Es fehlt an einem weiteren spannenden Handlungsstrang.
