I received this book as a gift, and I must say that I really enjoyed it. I went into reading it familiar with only a couple of the authors. I enjoyed the variety of genres and styles, but I didn't go into it with any set expectations. There were definitely several that caused me to want to seek out more of the author's work. There were also several that weren't my cup of tea, but I appreciated being able to contrast the various ways the different writers approached the idea of a "dangerous woman."
