Universal lessons in
Weapon Systems Acquisition
As presented in the translated work of a highly placed German armaments engineer relating his experiences and solutions to the pressing problems in the rearming of Germany in this day of untenable threats to the Western nations. It puts forth his philosophy and wisdom in seeking solutions to the strategic, technical, administrative, and political morass of disparate views on existing issues, and does so by taking on the deceptive nature of various personas down through history into our present age. He presents the antitheses of the many issues in order to direct the reader into engaging in exacting solutions. There are lessons to be learned by USA DoD RDT&E engineers, and acquisition professionals. It is entertaining and, above all, direct and to the point.
