5/5 Mad Ship was incredible. I truly think Robin Hobb can’t write a bad book 2. This book built on every single aspect Ship of Magic started, including her ties to the Farseer Trilogy. I’m so excited to finish this trilogy with Ship of Destiny. 5/5 will read again.

The Liveship Traders saga moves on. More politics, action and the minor characters step up to the plate. Am I the only one who loves the driven nature of Malta? Good Grief! Tunnels, mud, looking like she been dragged through a s**t pile backwards SHE still gives the Satrap tons of attitude. (When you read what happens to her to-be husband Reyn she should not worry). Keffria, Winthorp, Althea. Everyone gets a chance. Hobb squeezes all this into 906 pages but not a page is wasted. Book 3 is coming.
