This book is so intense and gripping that I just couldn't put it down. I love the way this book has been written. Throughout the whole entire book, you can really feel the emotions of each character and the events they all participate in. I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes chess. Tevis uses the chess terminology and his storytelling so well that it makes you feel like playing the game itself.
