What can I say? This book started out slightly annoying where I thought it would do this whole love triangle soap opera thing but thankfully it wasn't the main focus of the book and it ended up being my favourite in the series so far. There's enough twists and turns in this to really keep you on the edge of your seat, some excellent and original ideas of powers, the military aspect never misses and each character from previous books has experienced significant growth by now and are becoming important and memorable in their own right.I love where the plot is going too, excellent writing and very easy to follow action sequences.
I really am enjoying this series. The world this husband & wife team created is well thought out and creative. Characters are fun and interesting... I can't wait for the next book.4.5 stars
