Against Their Will

A body in a hotel room. A client with no alibi.
The one case Leksi Lam never wanted.

Lam’s new legal practice is trying to build a reputation for standing up against injustice. So defending a man accused of the brutal murder of a young woman is the last thing she needs.

But he is the one client Lam cannot refuse – even if it means confronting the reality of her own past.

As the investigation takes her to the continent of her ancestors, Lam turns to the only person who has the skills to help. The problem is, former detective ‘Razor’ Burns has given up on life.
Deep amid the wild grasslands of troubled South Sudan, the pair make a chilling discovery that threatens to change them both forever - if the case that neither of them wanted to face doesn’t kill them first.

Against Their Will is the second book in the Razor Burns and Leksi Lam series of action-filled international crime thrillers.
Perfect for fans of Lee Child, Mark Dawson and David Baldacci.
