描述
Alkemisti on kertomus nuoresta andalusialaisesta paimenesta Santiagosta, joka lähtee toteuttamaan unelmaansa ja etsimään maailman hienoimpia aarteita. Hän suuntaa Espanjasta Tangerin markkinoille, matkaa halki Egyptin aavikon kohti pyramideja, kunnes tapaa alkemistin.

Annorlunda men bra!
I caught this at the right time. I'm in the middle of a big leap of my own, and Santiago's journey resonated in a way it wouldn't have a year ago. The story captures the emotions and feelings that the difficult part was never the adventure...but the decision to leave the familiar behind, before you have any proof it'll work out.Don't usually read fables, but in this Coelho strips everything down until there's nowhere for the idea to hide, then trusts you to sit with it. It reads in an afternoon but it lingers a lot longer than the length suggests. Glad I finally got to it.
Wonderful. I couldn't put it down! Its a nice quick read but has an INTENSE impact with the lessons learned within.
