I don’t really understand the hype with Colleen Hoover books. I own two books in German written by her but I haven’t read them yet and I owned them for at least five years or more but never touched them. Honestly, I don’t like the fact that in each book something sexually happens like can she write the book in which the characters don’t have sex ? I know that it’s a part of something romantic that’s what people do but come on. You can also write a pretty good romantic story without a sexual part in it. Maybe that’s the reason why I don’t like her books and don’t want to read although they are very popular and people love her books but I just don’t love a single book of her and I might just get rid of the ones I already own because I probably never touched them after reading this one.The whole storyline about Layla and Leeds could have been a pretty good plot, but just after reading the first chapter, I knew that this book is just not meant for me and therefore I give it two stars because the storyline is great, but not written by Colleen Hoover.
