Machinations

The second volume of this series takes humans and their alien allies into the sphere of defensive measures against a mutual adversary. The alien allies develop ever-closer links with humanity, while at the same time the humans try to prevent this becoming common knowledge. They do not want information being broadcast out in to space. There is a fear of the enemy pervading their actions, and when an expedition to the asteroid belt shows something suspicious….
