Never A Sextant

When a huge unexplainable explosion occurs in the North Atlantic the Navy is dispatched to investigate. Evidence of the explosion can’t be found, which elicits the NSA to hire a Washington “think tank” to act as the lead investigator. The odds are against the small team from the start.
