Ahoy, ya swab! Cartoonist Bud Sagendorf delivers another edition with stories like "Thimble Theatre Presents Popeye and Swee 'Pea in Moneybag", and "Buddy can you Spare a Nugget?" Tell your comic shop owner to be sure to reserve you a copy of Popeye #28--the regular issue and the one with the variant cover by amazing artist Stephen Kroninger--and all future issues, too! Oh, one more thing, tell the good shop owner to be sure and eat their spinach!
