The Modern Menu

The Modern Menu is a youthful yet elegant perspective on Modern Orthodoxy. Kim Kushner has developed innovative recipes for making gourmet Kosher dishes from simple ingredients and has become known for her healthy, seasonal, and hearty salads made from locally-grown produce. Kim continues to study and teach cooking in equal measure and through word-of-mouth, her classes have continued to grow in size and frequency. She teaches her students to cook with a range of flavors so there is something that every palate will enjoy.
