Alisa Jones is a college senior who lives at home with her parents and spends her spare time working at a local food shelter for the homeless. Although her life might be quite boring to some, Alisa finds happiness in the small things, like being able to work beside her lifelong best friend, Mia.

One day after working at the shelter however, Alisa’s life is changed when the son of a local coffee shop owner catches her eye. Little does she know that the calm and somewhat shy, Anthony Junior is anything but when he gets out of the coffee shop! When Alisa finds out what Anthony Junior and his father are really about will she stay in it for the long haul or will she go running for the hills?
